Goal 1:

To enhance and build the capacity of county offices of education (COEs) and local educational agencies (LEAs) within the defined geographic area, and statewide, by providing effective assistance and support, specialized training, and professional development activities. This will include identifying existing resources, and developing new resources and activities designed to improve outcomes under the state priorities and federal programs, thereby supporting LEAs in demonstrating improved performance on state and local indicators on the California School Dashboard and responding to identified regional and statewide needs

Goal 2: 

To strategically manage and facilitate the allocation of resources and enhance the capacity of county offices of education (COEs) and local educational agencies (LEAs) within the defined geographic area. This approach will ensure COEs are equipped to effectively utilize resources, including receiving disbursements of funds for capacity building, and provide robust assistance and support to school districts, thereby driving improved outcomes under state priorities and federal programs.

Goal 3: 

To continuously enhance and refine the collaborative tools, support mechanisms, and data-driven insights available to county offices of education (COEs) and local educational agencies (LEAs) within the Far North Partnership (FNP) counties. These efforts aim to strengthen regional capacity, promote best practices statewide, and drive improved performance on state and local indicators.
